Kalin Kessler Event

- Dark Signer Kalin Kessler has come to Duel Links! Defeat him to fill up the Duel Meter and obtain new rewards!
- This event takes place from May 23rd to May 30th.
- Dueling in Ranked Duels and against Legendary/Standard Duelists or the Vagabond in any Duel World will increase the chance of him appearing.
- Kalin will only appear in Duel World (5Ds) - not in DM/GX!!
- He will not appear at the gate and the chance of him appearing is not affected by dueling at the gate.

Lvl 40: Silent Magician Farm - credit: Jadehex
Strategy
- Summon Silent Magician ASAP using either The Tricky to discard Silent Burning or Spellbook Magician of Prophecy
- Negate any problematic spells like Infernity Launcher and Wave-Motion Inferno
- If he uses Infernity Break summon Silent Magician LV8
- Get a second Silent Magician up before Last Turn
Last Turn
- Summon Gravekeeper’s Vassal and use both Union Attack and Secret Pass to the Treasures
- Activate Anti-Magic Arrows and attack Kalin directly
Lvl 40: Aromage Farm - credit: EzeMC
Strategy
- Try your best to control the board with the combination of your battle traps and Aromage Rosemary
- Gain LP and draw cards with Aroma Garden and Aromage Jasmine
- Have at least two monsters on the field before Last Turn.
Last Turn
- Use Aromage Rosemary to change one of his weaker monsters like Infernity Necromancer into ATK position (Be careful not to deck yourself out with Jasmine)
- Normal Summon any Aromage (if necessary)
- At the start of the Battle Phase use Arrivalrivals and chain Anti-Magic Arrows and Tribute Summon The Winged Dragon of Ra
- Attack the Weakest ATK Position monster with Ra
Lvl 40: Cloudian Farm - credit: Jadehex
Strategy
- Get a Cloudian with Spirit Barrier or Intrigue Shield on the field ASAP.
- Try to get a second Cloudian up before Kalin draws Infernity Break with an empty hand
- Use Pot of Benevolence to counteract his mill (the later the better - ideally you want to send back his Spell cards)
- Set up at least two Cloudian - Acid Clouds with 2 Fog Counters before last turn (your second Benevolence can help with this).
Last Turn
- Use your Cloudian - Acid Cloud effects to pop Kalin’s facedown backrow
- Switch all but one Cloudian to DEF position (destroying them)
- Special Summon Dynatherium and use Cattle Call on it for Master of Oz
- Normal Summon Gravekeeper’s Vassal and use both Union Attack and Secret Pass to the Treasures on it.
- Attack Directly with Vassal
Lvl 40: Six Samurai Farm
Strategy
- Summon Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En equipped with Axe of Despair ASAP
- Negate problematic cards like Wave-Motion Inferno and Infernity Launcher
- Eventually Summon a second Shi En with the other Axe
Last Turn
- Summon Gravekeeper’s Vassal and use both Union Attack on it.
- Equip Vassal with Shooting Star Bow - Ceal
- Attack Directly with Vassal, Negating Infernity Break and Depth Amulet with Shi En
