Weather Painters are a unique Control Deck that uses Continuous Spells and Traps to give their monsters effects. Their primary control tool is The Weather Thundery Canvas which allows their monsters to bounce opposing monsters during the Damage Step. When combined with The Weather Painter Snow, The Weather Painter Thunder and The Weather Snowy Canvas they can consistently set up Thundery Canvas while also generating advantage for other Control tools like Karma Cut and Divine Wrath.
